Her customer service level always made me feel as if I was her number one priority, and she helped explain aspects of the buy/sell process in ways that were clear and easy to understand. We have bought and sold numerous homes in our 40 years together. Deciding on a retirement in Tucson was not an easy decision for the two of us. Although we have used the same realtor for the transactions of 7 homes in the last 12 years, who knew our taste, stipulations, etc. I was sure that starting with someone new was not going to be pleasant.
